## Programmes

### Core English (CRICOS 046700C)
General English across four levels: Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate and Upper-Intermediate. Duration 1 to 52 weeks. 20 hours per week required. Classes run Monday to Thursday across morning, afternoon and evening sessions. Students choose when they attend, week to week, with no booking required. Friday is a day off.

### IELTS Preparation (CRICOS 096128A)
Fixed 12-week programme covering all four IELTS skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Covers both Academic and General Training. Can start any Monday. 20 hours per week, afternoon and evening sessions Monday to Thursday.

### Athletes Performance Training (APT)
Not CRICOS registered. Designed for competitive athletes and active lifestyle students.

- Tier 1 (tourist visa or working holiday visa): Standalone programme combining 12 hours of English per week, private Salt Performance Training sessions and yoga. 4 to 12 weeks. Includes lifetime access to the Salt Training App.
- Tier 2 (any visa): Add-on to any enrolled course. Students join group Salt Performance Training sessions running 5 days per week alongside their Core English or IELTS Prep programme.

Salt Performance Training is led by Marcos Freitas, a coach with WSL Championship Tour and WQS experience.
